Historia
Tony Dungy's words and example have intrigued millions of people, particularly following his victory in Super Bowl XLI, the first for an African American coach. How is it possible for anyone to be successful without compromising faith and family? In this inspiring and reflective memoir, Coach Dungy tells the story of a life lived for God and family - and challenges us all to redefine our ideas of what it means to succeed.

From a secular perspective

Great book. What a great person, story, and belief in his path. I was not expecting the level of spiritual opinions but Tony lives and breathes a spiritual life, so his book should relay that. By the end, I really admired him, his approach, and his faith without feeling pressured to join his religious beliefs (although I did question that feeling about half way through).

Historia
When it comes to lean tools, 5S is one of the easiest to implement as well as one of the best ways to introduce employees to the idea of continuous improvement. What's more, it has a proven track record thanks to the success Toyota has had using the system for decades. 5S works by pinpointing waste that is hiding at all levels of the company and doing what it can to ensure the waste is minimized as much as possible.

The only reason I gave 'overall' and 'story' 2stars was to express how bad the narrator is.

Historia
For 18 years, Bruce Bueno de Mesquita and Alastair Smith have been revolutionizing the study of politics by turning conventional wisdom on its head. They start from a single assertion: Leaders do whatever keeps them in power. They don't care about the "national interest" - or even their subjects - unless they have to. This clever and accessible book shows that the difference between tyrants and democrats is just a convenient fiction.

Unbelievably relevant to today's (2016/17) politics. Eye opener.

Difficult to accept ideas but great thought and research to back it up. Final chapters really brought it all home. Highly recommend.
