Historia
In the Missouri Ozarks, some things aren't talked about...even abuse. But prosecutor Elsie Arnold is determined to change that. When she is assigned to prosecute a high-profile incest case in which a father is accused of abusing his three young daughters, Elsie is ready to become the Ozarks' avenging angel. Fantastic story and wonderful reader
Revisado: 02-01-23
The hills of the Ozarks are places many of us have gone. This story puts a new spin on the area which is different from when I visited. I can’t imagine living there with the Code of the Hills. Well done.

Historia
Mick “Scorcherˮ Kennedy is the star of the Dublin Murder Squad. He plays by the books and plays hard, and thatʼs how the biggest case of the year ends up in his hands. On one of the half-abandoned “luxuryˮ developments that litter Ireland, Patrick Spain and his two young children have been murdered. His wife, Jenny, is in intensive care. At first, Scorcher thinks itʼs going to be an easy solve, but too many small things can't be explained.

Tana French is an amazing author and the story is fantastic
Revisado: 11-29-22
The author of the story and the narrator do a beautiful job of bringing it to life. Twists and turns and you don’t see it coming. Well worth the listen.

Historia
It's April, 1988, a month before Kinsey Millhone's 38th birthday, and she's alone in her office doing paperwork when a young man arrives unannounced. He has a preppy air about him and looks as if he'd be carded if he tried to buy booze, but Michael Sutton is 27, an unemployed college dropout. Twenty-one years earlier, a four-year-old girl disappeared, and a recent reference to her kidnapping has triggered a flood of memories.

Sue Grafton and Judi Kaye are awesome
Revisado: 02-16-22
I love the story! Judy does an amazing job with all of the voices. Additionally, Sue’s twists and turns in her stories are amazing. I’m so sad I didn’t become a fan sooner.
