No wonder Amazon was 10x times faster when compared to McDonald's growth in the last 2 decades
14 principles that are applied throughout the organisation to win. Crucial advise overlooking the whole strategy from forming a stellar team to executing the right way. While allowing many projects to fail safely applying a calculated risk, some like eCommerce and Cloud businesses resulted in the huge success.
I would recommend this book if you are seeking for excellence and eager to help your organisation transform to be better-self.

Not for you if you are looking for boring academic-style stuff.
The book would be most useful for legacy B2B revenue teams. I can confirm the framework described in a book works in action. It enabled me to brainstorm about more use-cases thanks to creative implementation examples.
Wishing the book was longer, yet it's to the point. An inspiring read for marketing/sales/account professionals. I am scared to recommend openly on social as of the competitive edge rivals will get by utilizing the tips.
