Seriously one of the very best books! This has everything! I’m so grateful to have this book in my possession as it becomes a frequent reference to everything I need for a great fulfilling life. It’s so easy to read to grasp all of the information and knowledge. I’m done knowing I’ve learned so much not questioning or in doubt about what I just read. It makes me look forward to applying as much as I can. Beyond grateful for this great source of truth and health insight. Must read, must keep forever!

I was so excited when I found the “audio” for this book. When it started it was obvious it didn’t align with the actual book. I’m very disappointed because I thought this would follow the entire book. So my bad on not reading the reviews first. Boo.
