Historia
Growing on just one and a half acres, owners Jean-Martin and Maude-Helène feed more than 200 families through their thriving CSA and seasonal market stands and supply their signature mesclun salad mix to dozens of local establishments. The secret of their success is the low-tech, high-yield production methods they've developed by focusing on growing better rather than growing bigger, making their operation more lucrative and viable in the process.

One of the Best Gardening Books on the Market
Revisado: 06-12-23
Yes, the reader is a little dry, but his voice is kind of soothing to me…I always listen to this book at night. I’m a new farmer, so I also have a hard copy of the book for all the reference material, and I like to actually read and take notes. An excellent book for a new Grower.

I like how fast I saw positive results in myself and others by practicing what I learned : for example , sometimes simply responding“thanks” is enough.
