Fascinating and mind-opening

I just finished Book One of Conversations with the Zs and know I will be revisiting this over and over again. Diana Edwards is a good interviewer and the Zs are absolutely fascinating beings. There is a lot of interesting material here, and dense. I find my thinking being challenged over and over again. The conversations encourage you to grow, explore, allow, "become." I highly recommend the book for anyone who likes Lee Harrs' work and/or who are interested in channeled material. I especially appreciated that the audiobook is the actual channel; to me, that is so much more powerful and valuable than reading the channeled conversation.

very helpful book

I don't often write reviews but this book has the possibility to help many people I think. if you identify as an empath or wonder about it, it's worth reading to get a better understanding of what it means to be an empath and how it can impact you. I gave it four stars because I did not appreciate her use of the term doormat and how it was repeatedly used in the book. I understood the reference and it obviously has a very strong association for her, but it doesn't for me and I found it distracting and also a little demeaning. but there is a lot to learn and savor in this book and I will read it again to digest her wisdom and suggestions.

hard to read about things you know happen, but the author writes so well it's easy to listen to. I learned things I'd forgotten from long ago and many things I never knew. highly recommend.
