This is a very prescriptive audiobook in flipping houses. I listen to it before undergoing my first flips. Keep in mind this does not have all the answers, and a real-life project will almost always deviate from the outline that J lays out. However, he provided a solid backbone and understanding of the path to a successful flip. A great and informative listen, and it was pretty easy to get through also, not at all slow.
