Brought more clarity to Jiu Jitsu and how to live life on/off the mats. Would recommend to anyone that feels lost, frustrated, or wanting to improve the art.
I started this book because I needed direction with how to improve in Jiu Jitsu for I felt stagnant. Ended up getting graced with more than I imagined.
