I was impressed by the information presented some of which is contradictory to other books I've recently heard. I whole-heartedly agree that sugar and processed foods are an enormous problem, and that changes must be made especially with the children.

Thoroughly enjoyed this informative, amusing story. The author's word choice and writing style were entertaining and kept the listener enthralled. I highly recommend to those already fasting daily like me as well as to those who have no information or inclination on the subject.

What a life she lived!

I had not heard of the author before listening. Her personal story is filled with many mountains, valleys and struggles, and it amazes me she didn't lose her life along the way. I enjoyed the chapters in between her story learning much about the history of people involved in diets, anonymous support groups, etc...
