Historia
In the era of questionable Internet "facts" and parental oversharing, it's more important than ever to find credible information on everything from prenatal vitamins to screen time. The good news is that parents and parents-to-be no longer need to rely on an opinionated mother-in-law about whether it's OK to eat sushi in your third trimester, an old college roommate for sleep-training "rules", or an online parenting group about how long you should breastfeed.

Too deep in the weeds
Revisado: 10-03-20
Some of the topics I felt like the author went on and on with different scientific studies, and it was difficult to get useful parenting advise from it.

A great book from start to finish.

Some historical books can be dry but I felt that the way this one was written made it engaging the entire way through.

Historia
Written more than 2,000 years ago, this earliest surviving work on how to wage war successfully - and above all, rationally - argues that winning requires careful advance planning, better sources of information than your opponent, and a strategy that's flexible enough to adapt to changing conditions. Sun Tzu concludes that in the end, a decision not to take military action can be every bit as sensible and effective as being able to triumph on the battlefield.

An analysis not a synopsis
Revisado: 12-28-17
If you're going to read The Art of War I would recommend listening to this, just don't expect it to be a synopsis of the book.
