so yeah, I have listen to the start of the book and all the god talk makes it hard to listen to. I'm still no where near the NDE part of the story yet and already it's all about god this and god that. If I wanted this much god I would have read the bible, so this turned out to be a hard listen. sadly I won't get to the NDE part when all this book is about is god. Every little thing that happens in this book she believes is god. It's just too much! So, unless you are a god freak like this author you won't like this book. It is disappointing, but it is what it is.

What is this???

I have just bought this book and tried to listen to it, but the guy is whispering the whole thing! How can you support such a bad read, Audible? I have never had so much problem listening to a book as I've had with this one. This is the worst narrator in the history of Audible. I dont care if it is the author reading or what, all I expect is that they read it in a clear tone of voice and since I am paying for this, I expect nothing less! If you haven't bought this book yet, DONT DO IT! Nobody should buy this book! Maybe if you get it free you could listen, but paying for this whispering bull is nothing but money down the drain! I have never been so disappointed in a narrator in my life! This is the worst voice I have heard reading a book EVER! I dont have the words to tell you have bad this is. I am totally shocked, that's how bad it is! Totally Shocked!!!

she had to go to jesus.....

I was all in until chapter 4 I think it was? This sounded like a good book until she had to drag jesus and God into it. you might find a place for spirits after death and you will probably be born all over, but there is no heaven like the Christian's talk about and there is certainly no hell. You don't get punished by some god when you die either. You will reflect over your mistakes but nobody will punish you like its said in her religion. If she is a true psychic she would know these things right? But no, she wants to know how her ability goes along with the bible. This could be an exiting book, but the jesus talk ruined it for me. I even dropped the second half of the book. Tpo34 ⁷here's no fun when you know she is a fake, because she should know what I am talking about here, and the fact that she doesn't and still think jesus is waiting for her? That tells me that she dont know squat about the life after death. if you want to know more, read journey of souls, a study in life after life. there you will see that this woman is wrong. I might check out the rest of the book since I have payed for it, but man the religious aspect of this is so wrong and it ruined my night! I was gonna be under my warm blanket and listen to this, but not if jesus has a big part in the story. Thanks but no thanks. I guess I'll try to skip ahead a bit and see if it picks up, but I just had to write down my big disappointment.....

A narration masterclass!

The reading of this book is some of the best I have heard in a long time. She was able to capture every feeling with the way she read it. Beautiful work indeed. The story was nice too, plus it gave us some insights into how a medium experience everything. The story was good and the narration was exceptional. this story hasn't any negative points in my view. I'll recommend this book to anyone who likes or are curious about this subject.

This was actually the first "after death" story I've heard that is actually really beautiful. The others, not so much, but this story was beautiful and it gave me such an emotional ending to it all. This made me sit and think for hours after the ending. I really loved it.
