Really enjoyed this story as with all Jodi’s books. Although I found Lillie’s voice and chapters hard to listen to….(it sometimes dragged on and on and on….) it was critical to the story line.
Well worth the listen.

Blasphemy is a big no no. No male was left u touched. If I had to hear another chapter where she repeated the SAME story of her divorce and Javier and her “INCREDIBLE HEARTACHES” as she calls it I was going to chew my own writs off.

What a load of nonsense!

This book didn’t scare me at all. It only gave me heartburn! The narrator has done nothing to keep my attention and I sometimes just let the story play on my radio for background noise.
When I return it’s another day with the same incidents inside the house. Same stuff, different day….. Really boring. It feels like the author mashed together a few bits and bobs from different horror stories pertaining Amityville and just made up a bunch of chapters to write a book and cash in on something that simply is very hard to belief.
Elevating people, pigs heads and bands playing that only George heard? Come on!!
Don’t waste any credits on this book.

I loved that this book was narrated by the author himself. I wish more real life stories had so many insights from different sources to put the puzzle pieces together.
The music during the interview is not distracting at all. I in fact really liked it.
Well done Tyler Shultz I enjoyed listening to you. You e given us a look into where it started. The early warning signs.
I definitely recommend this book.
