Ingredients: 1 pound fresh large shrimps, whole 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 3 garlic cloves, crushed 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 handful of fresh rosemary leaves 1 tablespoon sea salt ½ cup white wine 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 tablespoon apple cider. Directions : 1. Clean and devein the shrimps. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil with garlic, parsley, salt, wine, lemon juice, and cider. Submerge shrimps in this mixture and refrigerate for one hour. 3. Remove from the refrigerator and drain but make sure to reserve the liquid for serving. 4. Place shrimps in large Ziploc bag along with fresh rosemary. This will give your shrimps some extra Mediterranean flavor. 5. Cook en sous vide for 40 minutes at 122 degrees. 6. Open the bag and transfer shrimps to a serving platter. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and serve warm with some braised greens or a traditional red onal red tomato sauce. Prep Time: 65 minutes; Cook Time: 40 minutes; Serving Size: 184g; Serves: 3; Calories: 250 Total Fat: 14.1g Saturated Fat: 2.0g; Trans Fat: 0g Protein: 28.7g; Net Carbs: 4.1g Total Carbs: 4.1g; Dietary Fiber: 0g; Sugars: 0g Cholesterol: 216mg; Sodium: 505mg; Potassium: 43mg; Vitamin A: 6%; Vitamin C: 14%; Calcium: 1%; Iron: 2%.
