First let me say, this book does not teach you to apply makeup. This deals with the business aspect of makeup artistry.
It is a very comprehensive guide to the business of makeup artistry. I was pleasantly surprised by this guide. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to be a makeup artist.

Helpful for the absolute beginners.

It has been helpful but I felt I already knew a lot about this particular subject. It focuses on staying positive and surrounding yourself with positive people. I would recommend this book to someone who really young or someone who is just starting out in the real world.
