The epitome of the saying "be kind always"

You never know what someone is going through and I have always wondered what happened to Jessica Simpson's performing career so this book was so nice to hear her truth from her. I wouldn't put myself out in the public the way she has to be continuously treated like that. I wear her shoes, I have bought her albums, and watched her perform live. She's an amazing person and my heart breaks for all the hate she has endured over her career. I couldn't put this book down, I listened to it in my spare time over 3 days at 1.5x the speed because I couldn't put it away. The bonus songs at the end were the perfect touch and just what I wanted to hear, Jessica!

This book is just what every working mom, single mom, married mom, stay at home mom, grandmom in the world needs to read! The facts and examples of life as mom is very well thought out and researched. Its not a "niche" self-help book that only targets a few mom's, its everyone! I wish this book had been written years ago. I've already purchased hard copies to gift to my friends.

Depressing and painful

I ordered this book because Chelsea Handler is generally quite comical and amusing but this audio book was hard to get through. I don't know if she was actually choked up and crying through most of the book or acting for the performance but basically listening to 5 hours of her crying, or trying not to, was more than enough for me. The story was depressing and negative as well. The only amusing content in this book was her hate for Donald Trump.
