Historia
Using his legendary ability to get to the root of human potential, Napoleon Hill digs deep to reveal how fear, procrastination, anger, and jealousy prevent us from realizing our personal goals. This long-suppressed parable, once considered too controversial to publish, was written by Hill in 1938 following the publication of his classic bestseller, Think and Grow Rich. Annotated and edited for a contemporary audience by Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Three Feet from Gold coauthor Sharon Lechter, this book is profound, powerful, resonant, and rich with insight.

alot of insight packed into this book!
Revisado: 09-12-23
I've done so many books on self help, self mastery, success, business. meditation, etc... this book actually streamlines and covers so many bases in such a concise & efficient way you almost want him to break out each section into further details and more stories but alas he keeps everything on topic and moves into the next. on the surface this is a perfect bullet point version of everything I've read and learned but with his own professional twist. I've learned and reconfirmed alot of things with this book. I found that pausing once in a while to reflect and lock in what he's teaching really helped, and even revealed a few good ideas on how to better my own business. all in all, this book is on point and the goal setting I never really took seriously but I like his approach to it and will consider it more seriously now worth his method. everything else, pay attention and implement as he will not steer you wrong... if you want to know more about a certain area there's other books to take you deeper, especially in consideration of meditation and overcoming self limiting beliefs, but this is hands down a perfect no nonsense approach. good book! glad I bought it!

perfect add-on to breaking the habit!
Revisado: 09-01-23
I went thru breaking the habit of being yourself. it truly did unlock the key to helping me dig deeper, meditate, break through, and have revelations not only about myself but also how I actually possess the courage to add more value to the world. This book takes it a few steps further and pushes you from connecting deep within yourself to connecting with the world and the universe.
The bio-quantum science behind everything is explained to help you conceptualize how, why, and what you're trying to do when you step up your meditation game.
I've had several mystic experiences since I've taken Joe Dispenza's approach, and this book also added to that. Now that I've finished with this book, I look forward to experiencing a higher level than before.
I'm sure it's not for everyone, but for those of you who've tried breaking the habit, this is a perfect add-on to that.
5 stars across the board!

Historia
Aesop, an ancient Greek poet who was sold into slavery in the early sixth century B.C, relied on animal stories to convey his key points to his masters in court. Aesop's Fables are now classic, memorable morality plays in which amusing animal characters drive home thought-provoking morals to generations of listeners and modern day readers. They illustrate what was fundamental to Greek culture yet their appeal lies in logic we still understand.

The Appendix helps to resummarize
Revisado: 08-23-17
The narrator and story was good. The supporting stories helped breakdown the different types of habits known and unknown but I think more of a step by step process being repeated more often would help support the reader to actually help develop the ways to not only just notice various habits but how to fix or change them, maybe with more suggestions repeated at the end of every chapter or story which builds on a process. having everything summarized in the appendix however is nice because one can simply skip to that chapter for memory refreshing. overall, highly insightful book, and reveals alot more than what I thought or suspected happening in the business world, especially in the technological algorithm fields.

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
