Historia
Chase the Lion is more than a catch phrase; it’s a radically different approach to life. It’s only when we stop fearing failure that we can fully seize opportunity by the mane. With grit and gusto, New York Times best-selling author Mark Batterson delivers a bold message to everyone with a big dream. This is a wake-up call to stop living as if the purpose of life was to simply arrive safely at death. Our dreams should scare us. They should be so big that without God they would be impossible to achieve.

These former pillars of traditional power have been replaced by networks of informed citizens who collectively wield more power over their personal lives, employers, and worlds than ever before. So how do you navigate this new landscape and come out on top? Adam Grant, Wharton organizational psychologist, went to the World Economic Forum in Davos, the epicenter of power, and sat down with thought leaders from around the world, to find out.

incredible research, extremely well organized and supported. Mr. Coyle has a knack for taking what seems to be complex subjects and getting down to their core. I have read more books on culture than I can count. if I could only read or recommend one, The Culture Code is it. I should add that Will Damron was the perfect choice as the reader.

David Novak learned long ago that you can't lead a great organization of any size without getting your people aligned, enthusiastic, and focused relentlessly on the mission. But how do you do that? There are countless leadership books, but how many will actually help a Taco Bell shift manager, a Fortune 500 CEO, a new entrepreneur, or anyone in between? Over his 15 years at Yum! Brands, Novak has developed a trademarked program he calls Taking People with You.

Fantastic listen. There are so many outstanding exercises and ideas that I am buying the physical book so I can use it as my working leadership manual. I also must mention the narrator, Sean Pratt. I've listened to several different audio books that he has narrated. He is outstanding.

As usual, great wisdom from Lencioni
Revisado: 05-17-16
This new title is a critical piece to the team puzzle Lencioni captured so well in the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team. In my view, you must read both to get the full picture. The Ideal Team Player gets the recruiting right so you have a better shot to get the right person in the first place. The Coaching piece helps keep you and your team on track. Awesome.
