I absolutely loved this book and am aching for the 2nd one to come out!! I'm left with a cliffhanger! I hadn't ever read fantasy before and had no idea what I was in for, but I absolutely loved it! The character names and country names are all so unique! There are several unexpected twists throughout the story that it kept me on my toes the whole way through! I tried guessing the outcome as I always do, but I still couldn't anticipate the outcome 😅
It's got a great storyline, not overwhelmed with too much romance to where you feel like you cant listen to it aloud with your kids around, yet there's still enough of it there to satisfy my sappy romantic heart!! I am I need of a 2nd book asap!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to escape into and forget about the stresses of your own world for a little bit! ❤️ Or anyone just looking for a good book! 😁
