My kind of Litrpg!!!

I love this series, granted I have 5 hours left which leaves me feeling quite lucky since the last book may not receive an Audible recording. I love the city building, I appreciate their isn't too much cycling of the same thoughts. Don't get me wrong he does, but is in no way as excessive compared to other Litrpg books. I didn't think I would appreciate the sound production at first but it was pretty cool. One time I didn't realize the sounds I heard came from the production, I thought something happened outside and actually looked out the window, lol! Another time I actually jumped while walking down my hallway, it created a cool experience.
My only issue with the story is the MC's girlfriend Amanda. She seems to not like him at times and is using him out of convenience. The MC tends to dismiss her bad behavior with a smile. She often calls him dumb, belittles him to others, and actually stabs him for her experiments! Then "playfully" mentions he should propose to her for status. There are times she seems okay, but then she is terrible again.
Aside from the abusive relationship, I adore this series.

The world’s inhabitants are hardened, nasty, backstabbing, self serving people. They don’t naturally possess a nurturing nature. If they do, it’s almost like an accident that they care. The entire book I’m like do these people understand they’re kids??!?

I like the series mostly

I love the progress of the book, the story, ect. I do not love the women in this series constant nagging and putting down the MC, or being manipulative. I appreciate the MC gaining a backbone a little in this book. But the girlfriend thinking it’s okay to hit/slap the MC because she was upset or scared is ridiculous. I’m a woman and I couldn’t get over the entitled feeling coming from those characters. Aside from that great book, great series!

The city building and style of the story

I love this series! I can’t wait for the next book, I have been “reading” a lot of Litrpg books and although this isn’t quite that it is an excellent series to get lost in. You get pulled in, and can’t help but root for the MC’s success.

I love this series!
The FC was hilarious, I have had a book that actually made me laugh throughout in so long!
The story was held my attention and loved the steamy moments. There was so much action, and I loved getting to know the characters more. There was actual growth in this series too, so it doesn’t feel like you are just repeating the same plot and story over and over again like other series. Well done!
