Historia
To her neighbors, Jennifer Johnson seemed odd, just a little off. How could she not? Her entire existence was a lie. While the child at her breasts was really hers, the husband by her side…not so much. John and Jennifer Johnson shared the same innocuous last name—second most common in the United States—but he was not the father of her son, nor the love of her life.

slowest most boring book.
Revisado: 06-04-24
I loved the whole series, this one is a great place for me to end it. It was mostly reliving the past, allot of filler.

Historia
I am desperate for freedom, for peace, and for justice. As I leave captivity and step into the bright sun-filled day, a wave of relief washes over me. I am not free yet, though. Walking between barbed wire topped walls toward the exit gate, I breathe in fresh air, preparing for the next challenge. An enemy posing as a lover waits for me. I will evade him, though.

not as good as the others, too short.
Revisado: 05-20-22
This seems to be running out of ideas, it was too short and lacked the pizza of the other books in the series.

Historia
With only three days left until the predicted apocalypse, the small town of Franklin Springs, Georgia, has become a wasteland of abandoned cars, abandoned homes, abandoned businesses, and abandoned people. People like Rainbow Williams. Rain isn’t afraid of dying. In fact, she’s looking forward to it. If she can just outrun her pain until April 23, she’ll never have to feel it at all.

allot of sex. the story was good.
Revisado: 11-06-21
It moved allong really well, no boring filler stuff. I skipped the sex and found most of it over at the end of each chapter. I think reading sex scenes is much better than listening, just my preference.

Historia
Evan Michaels struggles with being different, with having the complete memories of two other people who lived sequentially before him. He fights loneliness and believes he is unique until he meets Poppy. She recognizes his struggle because she is like him, except that she is much older, remembering seven consecutive lives. But there is something else she must share with Evan - she is a member of the secretive Cognomina. They are, in effect, immortals - compiling experiences and skills over lifetimes into near superhuman abilities that they have used to drive history over centuries.

I felt like I was in the call with her, listening to her story. It was a very emotional book. Lots of happy excitement and heartache.

Listened to the who series, fun and exciting. Once you get used to the narrators annoying habits.

Historia
Deep below the University, there is a dark place. Few people know of it: a broken web of ancient passageways and abandoned rooms. A young woman lives there, tucked among the sprawling tunnels of the Underthing, snug in the heart of this forgotten place. Her name is Auri, and she is full of mysteries. The Slow Regard of Silent Things is a brief, bittersweet glimpse of Auri’s life, a small adventure all her own. At once joyous and haunting, this story offers a chance to see the world through Auri’s eyes.

Revisado: 12-11-18
I wish I had known that the 4 book series was not complete in Audible before I started the 1st book. I loved the book, can not see well enough to read book 3 and 4. OH WELL maybe they will get around to it someday. (I will listen to book 2)
