This book made me look inward more than I was comfortable with at first, but boy, am I glad I did. It transformed my thinking about how I walk through my emotions and how I reach for those counterfeit comforts when instead I should be reaching out to the Lord. Her honesty and true passion for aligning our lives with God's will shines through in this book. It is a game-changer!
