Historia
Dark City expands with new chapters and a fresh collection of restored photos that illustrate the mythic landscape of the imagination. It's a place where the men and women who created film noir often find themselves dangling from the same sinister heights as the silver-screen avatars to whom they gave life.

Excellent

Liked Eddie’s reading, the style fit the history perfectly. Terrific stories from that age of Hollywood and a wonderful resource for those wanting more background.

Historia
Since his creation, Batman has been many things: a two-fisted detective; a planet-hopping gadabout; a campy pop-art sensation; a pointy-eared master spy; and a grim and gritty ninja of the urban night. For more than three-quarters of a century, he has cycled from a figure of darkness to one of lightness and back again; he's a bat-shaped Rorschach inkblot who takes on the various meanings our changing culture projects onto him.

Entirely Thorough Examination
Revisado: 04-16-16
This was an entirely thorough examination of the life and times of the mythic, epic, iconic superhero Batman and the pack of rabid, sometimes exhilarating, sometimes frightening fandom that has developed around the comic book character. Glen Weldon does a fantastic job of not merely narrating, but truly performing. Nothing but praise! Well... okay... He could have gone a little too heavy on the 'Nerdy, Comic Book Guy' voice, but other than that, terrific.
