Most of this was about how to make it through law school effectively. Only about 1/16 was actually about corporate law. 9/16 was about law school. And 3/8 was about an overview of different types of law.

This is more of a conservative libertarian manifesto than it is a wealth building book. Nothing practical. And all the advice was anecdotal.

This book fills a much needed void in dealing with the personal life and experience of an entrepreneur. It doesn't talk about management theories in the porganization, rather it talks about personal management! So glad I got my ears on this one!

Seems clear and motivating

I'm new too the real estate world and I have no idea what I'm doping exactly. I've been reading books to help me get going the right way. This book is crazy motivational, gives me something to aspire to, and it seems like it takes me from start to finish in the career of it all. I'm hoping to put all that I've learned into practice as well as share this with my friends.

I'm a guy that's just getting started in real estate so I think this guide is a bit helpful. Honestly it didn't get five stars because it didn't get me at how to ensure a paycheck. But the advice was great as to what can be expected and what to do in the profession.

The most helpful book I've read in 2014

Would you listen to Yield Not to Temptation again? Why?

I would listen to this book over and over again! I struggle with temptation on a daily basis (yea, go figure I'm human). I'm so used to being beat over the head with how bad I am and how much I need to shape up when righteousness is talked about. This BOOK THOUHGH!!!!! actually painted doing the right thing in such a good light that actually made me want to go through the simple steps. I feel so encouraged and burden free after listening to this book! I have courage to face life and face my issues

Which scene was your favorite?

I loved when we were continually reminded of Christ's power to overcome. The reader kept stating that it's not our power, and that was relieving, because I didn't have to do the work, but I was able to experience the benefits AS A GIFT!!!

This book! I was just so extremely encouraged!

I read and/or listen combined to over 150 books a year. And in 2014, this was by far the best investment of my time and resources. It's a book that you can take with you everywhere in principle. A lot of the more niche books that I read, I can see working in some part of my life that is isolated, but this substance of this book is applicable to every moment of every human life and experience.
