Low carb vegan meals

I'm by no means a bodybuilder or interested in being one. I was looking for healthy vegan meals that aren't crab heavy. I don't plan to use the meal plan suggestions but I do like quite a few recipes. I appreciate the recipes have few ingredients and fairly quick to make. I wish there were more images of each meal.

It was my go-to resource during my final phase of preparing for the exam - which I easily passed.
