The Big Moo is a simple audiobook in the tradition of Fish and Don't Sweat the Small Stuff. Instead of lecturing you, it tells stories that stick to your ribs and light your fire. It will help you to create a culture that consistently delivers remarkable innovations.

it's okay
Revisado: 03-22-21
I originally bought this audio book because I think it would be easy to get through,it was but somehow most of it end up becoming background noise and it was hard to pay attention.
They are some good points in the book though
* You do not get the job done by playing it safe.
* If you approach things with biginners mind your able to observe things better and see things clearer because your not putting on what you already know unto the experience.
*Sometimes we have to try things without overthinking or else we will never really make it that far.
* When you hire somebody new for your orginaztion value their input because what they have to offer might turn your business around for the better.
Well atleast I learned something 😂😂

Pamela doesn't know his name or anything other than he's cute and charming. But when she tracks him down to return his property, she finds out his name is Chino, his game is hustling, and his plan is to make her his woman - and give her more than she ever bargained for.

Historia
It has been brought to my attention that many women are suffering silently in their romantic relationships regarding the sexuality of their male counterparts. I have owned a women's shoe store in Detroit, Michigan for over a decade and I cannot count how many times a woman has voiced this concern to me. Many women have poured their hearts out to me regarding their personal lives and homosexuality is the number two concern following infidelity. I decided to write a series of books regarding the most popular topics discussed at my shoe store.

Historia
Psychotherapist David Richo examines the science of triggers and our reactions of fear, anger, and sadness. He helps us understand why our bodies respond before our minds have a chance to make sense of a situation. By looking deeply at the roots of what provokes us - the words, actions, and even sensory elements like smell - we find opportunities to understand the origins of our triggers and train our bodies to remain calm in the face of painful memories.

Historia
Korede is bitter. How could she not be? Her sister, Ayoola, is many things: the favorite child, the beautiful one, possibly sociopathic. And now Ayoola’s third boyfriend in a row is dead. Korede’s practicality is the sisters’ saving grace. She knows the best solutions for cleaning blood, the trunk of her car is big enough for a body, and she keeps Ayoola from posting pictures of her dinner to Instagram when she should be mourning her “missing” boyfriend. Not that she gets any credit. Korede has long been in love with a kind, handsome doctor at the hospital where she works.

Revisado: 02-26-21
I love the naration and how the accents where done.
See the thing with this book is that you can clearly see that the sister needs help, why does she keep killing men for no reason the book takes you on the journey of the sister and her feelings but no matter how much she feels like a shadow she will still protect her sister in the end which makes her just as much to blame.
This book teaches an important lesson or re-enforced it rather "not everything that glitters is gold''

Historia
Kara Davis is a girl caught in the middle - of her Canadian nationality and her desire to be a “true” Jamaican, of her mother and grandmother’s rages and life lessons, of having to avoid being thought of as too “faas” or too “quiet” or too “bold” or too “soft”. In “Little Jamaica”, Toronto’s Eglinton West neighbourhood, Kara moves from girlhood to the threshold of adulthood, from elementary school to high school graduation, in these 12 interconnected stories.

Revisado: 02-25-21
I'm a Jamaican and I can say this book is well done , I listen to it on audible and the patios was was great.
Jamaican mother's or older woman always act as if a male look at you you will just suddenly fall pregnant. They never want to educated you about anything around sex but instead take the route of punishment for anything they suspect you might be doing.its a know thing that Jamaican parents rather grow their children to fear them rather than love them and the cycle seems to continue because people who are loved incorrectly can't suddenly know how to love properly.
Jamaican mom's can be so petty and it's pretty obvious that Verna (the Grand mother) is suffering from some sort of mental illness she doesn't even know about.

Historia
I almost didn’t publish Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It. Here I was, a CEO who’d fallen apart after his company failed, writing a book about how loving himself saved him. I thought I’d be a laughingstock and my career would be finished. But I stepped through the fears and shared my truth with the world. The book went viral. Amazing people all over bought copies for friends and family. For some, this book saved their lives. For others, it was the first time they ever loved themselves.
