Life Changing

This book requires effort, imagination and practice. However, with some work, Mr. O’Brien’s techniques are simply phenomenal. I am a physician. I recently used the memory techniques in this book for a professional board exam. My best estimate is that I cut down my study time by at least 50%. Instead of painful repetition, using "association, location and imagination" made learning the information pleasant and efficient. I wish that I had read this book prior to college and medical school. Thank you Mr. O'Brien!

The first third of the book was excellent. The last two thirds were tedious and sprinkled with unnecessary gore and political commentary.
