I’ve been identifying as “Jew(ish) for many years and this book summarised so many of my thoughts. At its core, this is a book about being different and not just being Jewish. It’s a timely reminder of all the discrimination and oppression in the world and how we cannot stand for it.

Gladwell is a genius and to ramp things up a level, he makes an Audiobook unlike any you’ve ever heard before.

Featuring news interviews, recreations and even a theme song, this is the way “Talking to strangers” should be consumed.

Underwhelming story

The problem with Bitcoin Billionaires is that it feels like the first half of a full story. There wasn’t any betrayal and overall it seems very sycophantic (even though they’re impressive) about the Winkelvoss twins.

Wow what a crazy story. Honestly, I wish Ratliff could have uncovered more as it’s insane. This is going to make a great movie one day.

In an alternative world, Le Roux would be considered a better version of Zuckerberg.

Highly enjoyed this book and performance.

Goggins and Skolnik have an amazing banter during the recording of this book. It’s even more enjoyable hearing some of the anecdotes behind the stories. Highly recommend this book in audio format.

The life of David Goggins is inspiring - I’m grateful for him sharing it with the world.

This is Excellent!

It’s hard being a person who doesn’t like Seth Godin in this world. The guys everywhere, people love him and no one speaks badly about the guy.

I wasn’t a fan. A cool outlier if you will.

I’m now a believer after listening to this book. Stop wasting money on your marketing and read this book.

If you need to move people then you need “This is Marketing” in your life.

This is a really important and interesting book but it's unnecessarily long.

The concepts in this book would make an amazing ten-minute video or a really long blog post but as a book, it's stretching things out for the sake of it.

Get rich slowly

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news: this book isn’t going to make you rich.

Not overnight at least.

Becoming wealthy is like being the tortoise rather than the hare. This is the book for solid advice on building wealth slowly but with consistency and efficiency.

Listen to what Scott says: he will save and make you you thousands over the course of your working life.

The definitive manual on habits

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to avoid bad habits and repeat positive behaviour?

It’s this attitude that’s lead me to read a bunch of books on habit formation but James Clear is THE MASTER.

Not only is this a great book but it’s well narrated by Clear himself.

Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, remember to floss or just understand your cravings, this is the book.
