Great scientific explanation of our true reality.

He gives in-depth explanations of the science behind our holographic illusion of reality. A holographic universe explains many of the unexplained experiences that thousands of people are having but are ignored by science because they don't fit our ingrained beliefs.

Contains some truth and some dangerous missconcept

His strong insistence that the COVID vaccine is a fake and a lie about its usefulness is grossly misleading and dangerous. There were millions of people that died from COVID, almost all were not vaccinated. Some of the other information about our illusion of reality is true as is our ability to consciously change our physical reality. However, since only one in millions of us can actually do this, by following his guidance would cause millions more people to die. Although, much of the other explanations and examples about the power of our consciousness are true and useful, that information can be found in many other books without the dangerous misleading content.

This book focuses only on diet which is only one part of heart health, and probably not the primary contributor. Stress, exercise, and medicine are also critical and in that order. Although ignoring much scientific evidence for medical recommendations his diet would work for some people due to the powerful placebo effect.
