Sweet/Cozy/ the perfect holiday romance

This was such a cute, and lovely sweet 2nd chance story. Easily better than most Hallmark stories. This story, and these characters made my heart sing with all the holiday magic a girl could want.

Once again, Nicole Pyland doesn't disappoint. I'm not sure how she does it, but I always seem to fall into relating to her characters with no effort. I wasn't sure how Paisley's story would play out since she seemed to be the most cut off of the group. But I absolutely loved watching her fall in love the way she deserved.

DADT can suck it

As someone who served under DADT this story captures those crazy confusing feelings of not being able to be fully yourself or share major parts of yourself with others close to you. This was such a amazing story, and I loved all the characters and their interactions. I love reading for the escape of it all, but the realness of this story was spot on and made it even better.

Would you listen to Pirates of Barbary again? Why?
Yes!!! It brings to life Pirate history that is not what Hollywood has mislead us all with. Even better it fills in some gaps typicaly left out of World History.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Pirates of Barbary?
When King James I granted a pirate pardon and then had to chase said Pirate down to give it to him.

True Pirate/ History buffs will love this book. It is a fresh look at Pirates that are not Caribbean based.
