great story told from all sides of point of views.
the reason i say this could have easily been me is when i was about 14/15 i was walking down town to a summer youth job and this guy kept trying to get me to go into his house. it scared me so badly his house looked dark, windows boarded up. i told my mom and dad my dad went down there than went to the cops....the guy was literally gone (moved) within a week. hearing their stories has given me horrible nightmares.

Sue did a wonderful job writing and reading the book. I dont think another reader would have made it as good as it was.

I must say if you wanting to read this book to find answers you will not get them here. I also dont believe that she nor her family knew of anything about what had been planned. I unfortunately think that Dylan would have committed suicide some point in his life. Eric was the toxic that took dylan down the path he went.
I will admit that i had thought if these people had nothing to hide they would have spoke up and answered questions, but hearing this book i realized that they were not able to speak due to legal reasons, and maybe a little from shame.
An other side person must understand that dylan was her son, and she still loves him, and it meant a lot to her for people to know that he was more than just a murderer. I personally did like hearing about who dylan really was before he met eric. People need to understand that anyone could fall down this path if toxic came into our life.
