What did you like best about this story?
The breakdown of the book into 21 days, with each day having an exercise/task. There's a lot of good self-help books out there, but this one guides you in making actual change instead of just reading about it. Also good for people like me that can't concentrate for more than a few minutes; the chapters are short and to the point.
