Inappropriate at times. Over expalining a a couple of times that grew wearisome. Great audio performance!

Plot got lost in sexual content that was so inappropriate I deleted the book. I have read other books by this author (Lady Sherlock Holmes series) and she does nudge the line for this type of content. I had to keep skipping ahead to bypass the inappropriate content to the point I felt the author was no longer building a plot/story line.

Lost connections is a perfect title.

Leaning into politics a little much towards the end. Some good points to be made but expect to sift the author’s personally investment in topic. Like a lot of health concerns the experts don’t seem to agree on cause or solutions.

Great title, but that’s about it.

The author makes a point to say her mother likes to be a martyr, but misses her own accountability chapter after chapter. I really wanted to like this book. I stuck with it as long as I could (chapter 46) but i could not take another min. She admits over and over to telling lie after lie to people trying to help her. She continues to blame everyone around her for her situation. No matter how many kinda people tried to help her, no matter how much free collage and free Pell Grants she burned through, the story never changes. It’s always someone else’s fault! Poor story building adds to the exhausting ride.

Favorite series!!! So we’ll done!

I started this series and was so impressed I recommended to my teenage son. My son liked it so much he recommend to my husband. We are all huge fans. We own the books and the audio books. I highly recommend this whole series. Tom ward is one of the last great honorable characters. Joseph Delaney did an outstanding job with this series. Chris Welch brought the perfect voice to all the characters and really brings them to life. Jospeh and Chris have both left a great legacy in this series that will continue to honor them. Thank you for the gift of this series. ( Rest In Peace Joseph & Chris)

Good story would be better with less cussing.

Great story but did not need all the cussing and swearing. It only distracted from the narrative.

The authors disdain and overly snobbish behavior is almost as annoying as the sound of his voice. The way he judges and stereotypes people gives a good insight to the large scale issues of media bias .
