It requires an intermediate level of pronunciation and vocabulary. for me, this has been the best learning tool I've ever used. I have been able to teach myself certain phrases that aren't mangled....such as asking if the other person speaks English, and understanding common phrases in Spanish.

Lots of truth bombs in this book. Highly recommend, if you’re ready for it. I was in the right place to absorb and apply this type of information. If I listen this book when I was a lot younger, it may have gone in one ear and out the other. I’m 30 years old and have been living in New York for five years. I’m already self employed and very much needed guidance for how to take the “next step”.

Firstly, I would like to say that if you were to purchase The Power of Now, I would recommend buying the audio, and not the book. It is a lot easier to understand if you hear the author talk about it, rather than if you try to read it and to make sense of it, even though the audio and the book are of the same content.

The depth of reasoning behind this work is vividly apparent from the beginning. listening "12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos" is well worth the investment necessary to think as you listen, to understand fundamentals of who we are, how we became who we are, and possibly develop a new perspective on achieving positive outcomes in the face of life's great challenges.
