Add a reckless almost suicidal urge to do what she wants regardless of the consequences, top that with a chaotic mind that seems to zone out things they doesn't seem important and has to be reminded by the voice in her head and you have our Mc in this series in a nutshell

good story but ending predictable

luv the book, characters ate great except for Mc. His abilities and skills are to broken and he is a major hypocrite and whiner. At least in this book he doesn't complain as much, complains about the powerful wording over the weak, but does whatever he wants regardless of conquences, Demands answers and loyalty but keeps secrets and barely trusts anyone or anything, I could go on and on. Doesn't trust the system but with it he is nothing. Believes he is free but he listens to the harmony and his gut which has been known to be controlled and think does he think he can get all he has with his will someone or something is guiding them just like the other unbound or do you think it just a coincidence that they are all lost races and different ones at that and he doesn't trust only think he trusts his the song of harmony

dom for the most part is very good Mc until you talk about his freedom as we grow with dom he gets more and more annoying. It's almost like he is trying to counter all the "wimpy" me in the world by being a super jerk when it comes to ppl asking him questions. plus his ego is off the charts I am going to do when what I want when I want and if something is done is because I let it happen and if you don't like I don't care I with defend what is mine good thing he has plot armor and a God on his side
he might be a great guy but he is full of secrets even to his women

I like the series, especially Joy's innocence mixed with savageness she shows when protecting her own. The series itself is very one sided as far as how easy the forces of dark is 2 steps ahead of the light the whole series. If it wasnt for the apis, they wouldnt even stand a chance. Things just go way to smoothly for the dark side. I really hope Ben continues joy's adventure.

I really didn't like the first book to much, second was better and third probably was the best. Problem is this one is so far ahead of the story line in the others in the overworld universe it makes me want to read the others, but they aren't there. Sad thing it felix seems to be going the route of the others, I actually liked the fact that he didn't need a dozen lovers but with his new additions, it looks like they are going to bull over him like they did vince and force him to accept it. Its funny how pov plays in a major role in every role, we hear his thoughts and then we hear the opinion of his followers. In their opinion even though he is unlikeable and a complete jerk, like 3/4 of the women out there want to sleep with him because of his power and brains. I don't know is hard to tell because we are not in his society, but we least know that all the non humans are attracted to the magic that bleeds off of him, just like vince

pretty stereotypical of an overpowered mc. People befriend him to make use of his powerful status. meanwhile old friends get ignored and basically become non friends anymore. Eve is really naive and falls for the fake chivalry of her New Boyfriend

great series guess I am not surprised a trained well trained operative on a stealth mission so save his sister would make such a hairbrained rookie mistake during character creation that almost cost him his mission and his life. Or he believes that being able to resurrect his friends and loved ones are blasphemy even though he is non religious. but we all know if push comes to shove he will use it. other than that things are good

only problem that I had with this story is that in the character building part the two female leads has a few scenes that makes big impacts on their relationships away from Male lead and you dont hear about it at all so it leaves you guessing

good book except for the personal relationships in the books. Anna in general she makes great arguments not to get involved in a relationship due to they have different paths and wont have much time to be with each other to the next moment agreeing to be in one throwing all of her previous problems right out the window It was all forced, its like you cant be a key character without being in a relationship. Or how the guys act like preteens on the first dates and the women act argumentative till the guys give them the look and they turn as meek as a kitten. Josh picking up his relationship and she acts like they never broke up for 6 months. Or the guys so smitten to the point that just seeing a little skin causes them to become mentally stupid. Ignore all that and its a good book.
