good story
Revisado: 07-15-15
Good story but a little predictable. I chose the book because of the author; not the story line. Check out his other works.

Loving this author!
Revisado: 06-25-15
This is the second book I've listened to from Paolo and even though the description didn't seem up my alley (about people working to dismantle ships) the story and characters sucked me in. Just like Water Knife, don't let the title / summary dissuade you -- the author could make an adventure of sweater knitting!

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Good twists and turns
Revisado: 02-19-15
Albeit somewhat predictable towards the end I enjoyed the back and forth between two characters. Definitely takes a look in to the dark mind if an alcoholic struggling through her addiction just trying to remember what she did (in the midst of a murder plot no less!)

Bit slow but story is good
Revisado: 02-02-15
I liked the presenter. The story moves a bit slow as its really looking back 20 years. But a second unforeseen event towards the latter half of the book picked up the intensity.
