The perfect book for ambition or a career crossroads
Revisado: 05-12-22
Tony’s got some incredible advice and wisdom in this book. I was never bored. I listen to a lot of business and personal growth books, and this is top 5%. Highly recommend! Thanks Tony - this was really helpful for me personally. Just what I needed, when I needed it - will be relistening multiple times. Also thank you to the narrator Roger for doing a phenomenal job reading it!

Historia
Why do minds exist? How did mud and stone develop into beings that can experience longing, regret, love, and compassion - beings that are aware of their own experience? Until recently, science offered few answers to these existential questions. Journey of the Mind is the first book to offer a unified account of the mind that explains how consciousness, language, the Self, and civilization emerged incrementally out of chaos.

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Insightful Look into Warren Buffets Life
Revisado: 01-18-19
Strongly enjoyed learning about Warren Buffets principles, morals, and business ethics, especially as I could imagine his voice and gestures as his story was told. My favorite quote from the book stated, “One can lose everything and still have a successful life, many blessings and strong outlook on life if they have family, their health and the opportunity to make the world a better pace everyday.”

Living in the Present.
Revisado: 10-22-18
Overall a great book to make you think a little bit deeper about life, our presence and what that all means. Biggest take away from the book comes down to this one statement. Living in the past will result in depression, living in the future will create anxiety and only living in the immediate present will bring the most peace. I wish there were a different reader for the audiobook though as he was slightly dry.

Ken this book was an amazing read that helped saved me tens of thousands during the sell of in MLP’s in 17. Instead I stuck to my guns, saw the fundamentals, dollar cost down and ended up making tens of thousands when they eventually rebounded in 2018. Some still have not but I see through the noise and the longer term potential. Now with China in full on bear market same thing and same game plan. Listened to this book 4 times now. Please keep producing great content sir!
