Evidence-based and life changing!
Revisado: 12-27-22
This isn’t my first time running across Dr. Ding’s work, but this was a fantastically organized and supported argument in favor of changing the paradigm from calories-in-calories-out in favor of an insulin management obesity-fighting approach. While some of the pronunciations are a bit off-putting, the book is well narrated. I listened to the first nine hours straight, absolutely captivated by the data. I’m now adhering to these principles and sharing this book with friends and loved ones. Ever wondered why previous diet/exercise routines have resulted in regain in the short term? Find your answers here, as well as an easy roadmap to lasting change.

Historia
The number-one best-selling author of The Future of the Mind traverses the frontiers of astrophysics, artificial intelligence, and technology to offer a stunning vision of man's future in space, from settling Mars to traveling to distant galaxies. Formerly the domain of fiction, moving human civilization to the stars is increasingly becoming a scientific possibility - and a necessity. Whether in the near future due to climate change and the depletion of finite resources or in the distant future due to catastrophic cosmological events, humans will one day need to leave Earth.

Dr. Kaku at his best!
Revisado: 03-11-18
Future of Humanity was so gripping I finished it in one setting. Not only was the material extraordinarily thought provoking, taking my mind on a bit of a Sci-fi adventure, but Fedor Chin's narration kept my interest and focus without drawing value away from the words themselves. I could hear Dr. Kaku's voice through the performance. I highly recommend this book to anyone with any interest in traveling the stars or advancing the human race.

Yes, this book is designed entirely to share those secrets that will inspire you to write that great song that you know you can! And once the creativity really starts flowing, we'll create great habits and write even more, each and every day. Get down to writing the music and the lyrics you know that you can because writer's block is a fantasy. You just need inspiration.

The book brushes shallowly through topics that should be discussed deeply.

Pretty motivating, short pep talk.
Revisado: 02-19-18
The book is quite well narrated for its genre. There was a bit too much self-promotion on the front and back for a less than one hour book, but that's the business for you. The material was actually quite motivating, and consisted of a few well supported bits of advice. I'd recommend it.

Fantastic content for the Star Wars fan!
Revisado: 02-18-17
I just finished listening to this book and I can't wait to listen again just to catch everything I may have missed. It is clear that James Luceno has a superb understanding of the Star Wars universe, which he uses to add tremendous depth and life to the story of Darth Plagueis, Palpatine, and a number of other well-known characters. Davis' narration enriched the story, and franchise music and sound effects made this production a must-have for die hard Star Wars fans. More politics than action, this is a story to enhance the background rather than carry the saga forward. Nevertheless, content from Darth Plagueis will prove valuable and enticing as the series moves forward.

An entertaining airborne thriller
Revisado: 04-08-15
Pandora's clock, though it doesn't come out of the gate at a sprint, eventually feels like a Crichton novel, providing a few hours of fairly gripping action and drama. I will definitely recommend this to fans of Omega Strain, Air Force One, or executive Decision.
