Great title, which has nothing to do with the contents of the writing. This piece of literature expresses the author's views on child development, marriage, and the power of positive affirmations toward personal goals achievement.

Great Insights and Resource for Business People
Revisado: 11-16-21
The narration was very easy listening. The literature was a well-composed resource of business etiquette. The content focus was based primarily upon building successful business relationships. I am misunderstood the title to imply that the primary content would focus upon personal relationships.

Historia
A family rift is one of the most traumatic experiences a person can face. It can have a profound effect on virtually every aspect of life, causing depression, relationship problems, and even physical illness. Healing From Family Rifts offers hope to those coping with a split in their families. Family therapist Mark Sichel addresses the pain and shame connected with family rifts and offers a way through the crisis and on toward healing. Uniquely, Sichel does not assume that every rift will or even should be mended. Instead, he offers ways to recover from any outcome.

This piece of literature was a great help to me - having been discarded by a few. extended family members. It offered insights as to my hurtful extended family members' unhealthy mentalities and also approaches to overcoming their emotional abuse. I really appreciated how the author calls out this rejectful behavior as Abuse. It showed me that I am not alone, that this abusive method of coercive control has a long history and occurs is all kinds of situations.

Health and wellness campaigns preach avoidance of unhealthy foods, sedentary lifestyles, tobacco, drugs, and alcohol, but rarely preach avoidance of unhealthy, difficult, or toxic people. Yet the health benefits of removing toxic people from your life may have far greater benefits to both physical and psychological health. We need to learn to be better gatekeepers for our minds, bodies, and souls. Narcissism, entitlement, and incivility have become the new world order, and we are all in trouble. They are not only normalized but also increasingly incentivized.

This misguided, hidden nemesis blows your diet, overspends, and ruins your love life. Historia
The causes of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder range from severe neglect to monstrous abuse. Many survivors grew up in houses that were not homes-in families that were as loveless as orphanages and sometimes as dangerous. If you felt unwanted, unliked, rejected, hated, and/or despised for a lengthy portion of your childhood, trauma may be deeply engrained in your mind, soul, and body. This book is a practical guide to recovering from lingering childhood trauma. It is copiously illustrated with examples of the author's and his clients' journeys of recovering.

Historia
When you are criticized or rejected, do you have a tendency to lash out or withdraw entirely? Both types of kneejerk reactions can have lasting and unintended consequences, affecting our friendships, careers, families, and romantic relationships. The truth is, overreacting hurts us as much as it hurts the people around us. You may see overreacting as an unchangeable part of your personality, but in reality, this tendency, like any other, can be unlearned.
