Perfect for the Halloween season!

Great assortment of spooky short stories. I especially love the end when the author recounted his own experiences of Halloweens in his youth. Great book, a must listen and enjoy!

I thought it was an interesting short story. I really enjoyed all the different voices. Most audiobooks really should have a male and a female. Some male narrators can’t female voices and likewise some female can’t do male voices very well.

Thank you for the laughs and the tears and for giving this series a beautiful ending. You are truly talented and of all the series of books I’ve read this is my favorite! Please never stop telling amazing stories! I also loved the narrator, thanks for using the same for every book. Johnathan McClain is the perfect voice for Alex Hawk!

This book keeps you guessing until the end. Just when you think you have it figured out a new piece of information will have rethinking your assessment. I highly recommend listening to this one! The narrator was perfect!

Wonderful series!!!

I love this author and can not say enough great things about his work. I fell in love with this series I’ve listened to books 1-7, book 8 will be released October 2023. I love hearing about the characters adventures and this beautiful land. I don’t really understand all of these negative reviews. Everything this author writes comes to life in your imagination as you listen or read.

The first book in this set should have been much further down. The whole set is completely out of order. Tia Rider Sorenson is a great narrator, but the other goes too fast and doesn’t do well with male voices. Most of the same books are included on the other box set: The Gift, which is also completely out of order.

The story is a sad one, but it was beautifully written and does have some nice moments. I would really like it to see it as a movie or mini series. The writer and narrator really made the characters come to life and you could picture them in your minds eye.
