Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

The story itself is captivating and will take you in and you can't set it aside. The narrator just makes it so much better. It has everything that a good fantasy book must have - good story, interesting characters and development, interesting situation and it keeps you hooked and thinking what will happen.

Historia
Emotions are the energies that fuel people's lives. Emotions are instilled in us as infants without our awareness. They reduce our rationality and cause suffering, yet successful people make decisions more rationally. Society teaches us that emotions are desirable, but they keep us repeating our patterns, a form of bondage.

Probably the worst self help book I have ever read

The narrator was good. The book itself was kind of a "trust me, I know" style book. Samples were bad and insulting to the reader. The situation was described well and then followed by "then the miracle happened" without any storyline. The theory wasn't anything to give a second thought about.
