The framing of these issues balances positivity and realism. The writing is clear, engaging and well-organized-- I learned a lot and it all made sense. There are clear, actionable steps, and even reflection activities that give a step-by-step process for defining and reaching personal goals, but it's flexible enough to mix-and-match based on what is most applicable at a particular time. I'm sure the paperback version is awesome to have the activities already printed, but an additional plug for this audio version-- this author is somehow passionate and calming. I feel reassured and empowered as I listen. You will be glad you spent the money and time on this one-- I think back often to concrete strategies and ideas I learned here.
