Great but…

This is the only book I tolerate the “He said, She said” dialogue tags. It drives me absolutely crazy when an author uses this writing style, but the world building is strong enough for me to suffer through. If the author can figure out how to write without “he said, she said”… 5 stars all around.

Good but can be a little choppy and slow at times

Good premise, but the writing style is a little to "episodic". It's written like a tv show with convenient cliff hangers at the end of every chapter. "Stay tuned for next weeks episode!"
