I love it when I listen to or read a book and I think, “this is something I can do!” Too many books are full of steps that sound and feel like giant leaps, so you do nothing. It was refreshing to hear small steps that I can take to learn more about myself and discover my own affirmation. I have started to journal with my non-dominant hand and it has been amazing!
