Historia
Most children go through a dinosaur phase. Learning all the tongue-twisting names, picking favourites based on ferocity, armour, or sheer size. For many kids this love of ‘terrible lizards’ fizzles out at some point between starting and leaving primary school. All those fancy names slowly forgotten, no longer any need for a favourite. For all those child dino fanatics who didn’t grow up to become paleontologists, dinosaurs seem like something out of mythology. They are dragons, pictures in books, abstract, other, extinct.

The book is fun and lighthearted. It is a great story of dinosaurs from their emergence to their downfall.

Historia
Now Connors returns with the story of what drove him up to the tower in the first place: the wilderness years he spent reeling in the wake of a family tragedy. This is an unforgettable account of grappling with a shattered sense of purpose, from his family's failing pig farm in Minnesota to a crack-addled Brooklyn neighborhood to the mountains of New Mexico, where he puts the pieces of his life back together.

Well written
Revisado: 07-25-19
While I found this book searching for a book about through hiking the PCT, it wasn't what I expected. I listened anyway. The story is great, focusing on the author's brother. If you have ever had to deal with suicide, this book provides some solace and insight.
