So wonderful. Biblical and real. The way she integrated scriptures and made the characters feel so real. I loved the entire book.

The most talented woman in the world. Is a bit too much of herself.
Revisado: 01-14-24
It’s her story. She is brilliant at telling it. The stories around her best movies is wonderful, poignant and sometimes sad. But she goes on and on about Deepak and mind power and she actually sounds…well crazy. But she is such a star that people will believe. And that is sad. She is brilliant and beloved. Even by me. Who has her other design books and cds. I pray she find her faith again.

Even as the sound of modern worship has grown louder, the heartbeat of true worship has grown faint. This is a call for those whose hearts burn to see it revived - who burn with reformation’s fire. Who long to see the purity of worship restored and the Lord’s house of prayer once again reflect the fullness of his glory and the wonders of his heart.

Conviction in the best way. I have long been praying for me. And mine. I’ve grown comfortable with praying MY Father in Heaven instead of OUR Father in Heaven. I worship God when I focus my faith outwardly. I am so grateful for this man’s heart and transparency. I ended the book and immediately started it again.

Historia
Teenage girls are taking courses of testosterone and disfiguring their bodies. Parents are undermined; experts are over-relied upon; dissenters in science and medicine are intimidated; free speech truckles under renewed attack; socialized medicine bears hidden consequences; and an intersectional era has arisen in which the desire to escape a dominant identity encourages individuals to take cover in victim groups. Every person who has ever had a skeptical thought about the sudden rush toward a non-binary future but been afraid to express it - this book is for you.

Science the media won’t discuss
Revisado: 04-22-23
This is one of the saddest books I’ve ever read. When a generation of people ignore science to push an agenda, the outcome is abuse to our children. It might be that 50 years from now, our children will blame us for not trying harder to protect them from the lies about who we are as girls and women. We have always been a vulnerable group. But we never imagined we would be on the endangered species list in the 21st century.

A follow up to the profound message of Crazy Love, Pastor Francis Chan offers a compelling invitation to understand, embrace, and follow the Holy Spirit's direction in our lives. Desperately needed this
Revisado: 02-18-21
The Lord has called me to do things that I can’t possibly do in my own power. I have a strong desire to build affordable housing for single mothers. As a single mother myself, how could that possibly be? But I have learned that if I partner with the Holy Spirit, there is nothing, I can’t do. So grateful for this book.

Joy
Revisado: 07-15-20
At the beginning of the pandemic, the Holy Spirit told Me to spread joy. It wasn’t until I heard that, that I realized I was doing the exact opposite. In reading this book, I confessed my sin and have committed myself to be obedient to His word. I no longer focus on politics, social media, or anyone else who looks to debate the world. Joy is too precious a gift to release to the world.

Historia
Translating God serves as an inspirational guide book that puts God's great love back into prophetic ministry as a primary goal full of real life stories that articulate the culture of love behind God's heart for the prophetic. So much of the prophetic ministry is esoteric, but this book brings balance without taking away the desire to see the powerful nature of God displayed. On top of that, it's biblically based and is supported by scripture throughout each story.

The greatest of these is love.
Revisado: 02-19-19
I had to repent more than once while listening to this book. I realize that the motivation of my heart has not always been pure. Or selfless. Ouch. I love Jesus. And when I begin to consistently love like Him, without judgement, I expect my prophetic voice will grow. Thank you Shawn. Really. Thank you.
