Love listening to Ms. Grosso's story. You get so much more hearing the story. Ms. Grosso always writes such wonderful books. Having 3 narrators made the story come alive. I always look forward to Ms. Grosso's books. Highly recommend! This series is fabulous!

Hunter

Even though I have read Hunter, hearing it read really helped me be in the story.

When Hunter goes into hell to get Victor, little does he realize he would find the high priestess and his mate as well. What a wild ride to save Willa from a future lifetime in hell. But why is Willa so different, what is it about her? Will Hunter and Willa be able to have a life together or will the demons be able to get her and to her back to hell?

Loved Kai's narration. Sometimes is was hard to tell one character from another with Wen. But all and all good narration.

Just love all of Kym's books.

Quintus - Book #9 of Immortal of New Orleans

Kym Grosso's books just get better and better. This is the first audible with male/female voices that Ms. Grosso has put out. It really brings a new and exciting aspect to listening to her books.

Quintus has been poisoned, only the blood of "special" one can save him. She is not what she seems, knowing that she needs a powerful ancient vampire to help her with the spell she needs to perform.

Can they learn to trust one another with their most precious secrets and their heart?

Would you consider the audio edition of Jake to be better than the print version?

Oh yes!!! Ryan West just is such an awesome narrator. He just makes the book come alive

What other book might you compare Jake to and why?

Kym's whole series, they all build on each other.With Ryan reading he makes you feel that you are in the series.

Which scene was your favorite?

What scene???? There are so many... I loved when she just slightly changed and put the vampire in his place and feeding his fish is hand.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The outside timid figure does not show the deep strength within.

Any additional comments?

Kym's stories get better and better. With Ryan as the narrator, every book is a hit.

Would you listen to Jax again? Why?

I would definitely listen to Jax again. The story line is fabulous and Ryan is a wonderful narrator.

What did you like best about this story?

The story line is well thought out. There is some fun, hot and surprising areas throughout the book.

Which scene was your favorite?

That really is a hard one. I don't think I can just pick one scene.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Even though Katrina has been a total bitch to Jax, he still cares for her and can't leave her behind when he sees that she is in trouble.

Any additional comments?

I love all of Kym's books and Ryan West is an exceptional narrator.

Southern Spirits

Would you listen to Southern Spirits again? Why?

Yes. Verity is such a sweet southern girl.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Southern Spirits?

When Ellis figured out that Verity isn't who his family is leading everyone to believe she is.

Have you listened to any of Tavia Gilbert’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have only heard a couple of her performances. I just don't hear a distinct difference from any of the stories.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes if I didn't have 4 kids that I had to be a mom taxi too ;)

Keeps getting hotter and hotter

Would you listen to Solstice Burn again? Why?

Yes, Kym Grosso has put together such a fabulous story line. And Ryan West is an unbelievable narrator.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Penny, because even though she is straight-laced, she able to come out of her shell and try new things.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Penny and Chase bump into each other when they are both on the swimming tubes. I thought it was just a sweet encounter.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

There were several places that the story made me laugh out loud.

Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers

Angie Fox continues to write stories that draw the reader in. Tavia Gilbert did a good job with all the different characters throughout the story.

Lizzie has to go and save her "fairy-godfather". He truly is a fairy and has been watching her, her whole life. When he gets mixed up with a succubus, in Vegas no less, Lizzie has to learn on the fly. She decides to write a book for demon slayers as she is learning.

Unfortunately her boyfriend, Dimitri, a shape-shifting griffin with slayer blood, is like food for the succubus. Can Lizzie save him and her fairy-godfather?

Another great series by Kym Grosso

Carnal Risk is the first book of a new series by Kym Grosso. There are many twists and turns throughout the book to keep the listener guessing. Ryan West is a fabulous narrator. I believe that he just "gets" her writing and is able to bring about the proper tone of the book.

What made the experience of listening to Lost Embrace the most enjoyable?

Kym Grosso's Immortals of New Orleans series just gets better and better. Then to have Ryan West narrate. He is a fabulous narrator.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Lost Embrace?

When Kade takes back Sydney and shows her who is her "master". HOT HOT HOT

Which character – as performed by Ryan West – was your favorite?

I'd have to say Kade.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was very shocked as to Kym Grosso has as the bad guy. I think we are all shocked, but we'll just have to see what she has for us in her next book.

Kym, please don't stop writing and PLEASE keep Ryan as your narrator!
