Great intro for beginners & refresher for homesteaders

I enjoyed Homestead Essentials as an excellent review. This book was very timely, as I am currently looking for a place where I can expand my efforts from suburban backyard container gardening into a more robust homestead. the authors touch on just about every aspect, and I picked up a number of tips on things I had not yet thought about. I especially enjoyed the recipes they included in the food preservation chapter! I recommend this book to anyone interested in building a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
