Just when you think the stakes can’t get bigger they do

An excellent addition to the series. The performance is great with the variety of voices. You can tell immediately who is speaking just from the intonation and accents. I recommend anyone who enjoys this story to purchase a physical copy as they are filled with amazing illustrations done by the author.

Even better than the first

So many moments in this story had me sitting there with my mouth open in shock. This sequel does become more mature / violent than the previous story. The stakes are higher, the characters are more fleshed out, the world is more vivid and it marks the emergence of a very interesting villain. Excellent story that still holds up a decade after first reading it
