Historia
Set on a large ranch in rural upstate New York, it’s early days for the eccentric group of people who call themselves "The Zeta Family" - quite possibly the next big cult phenomenon. Our protagonist, Katie, is an aspiring reporter who has decided to infiltrate the compound, and her future success as a journalist depends entirely on her ability to win the confidence of Zeta Doug, the likable spiritual leader of the group. He’s like a cross between Hunter S. Thompson and George R. R. Martin, with a little too much sci-fi in his head and acid in his blood stream.

Surprisingly heartwarming

Who knew a story about a group of cult members could be so heartwarming? The whole production reminded me of a wacky 1980s movie!

Good Motivational Audiobook
Revisado: 07-23-18
I just finished listening to the audio book version of A Handbook to 5-Minute Procrastination Cure & Build a Successful Mindset and found it a very pleasant listening experience. The narrator has a friendly, motivating voice that was easy to listen to as I cleaned up my room. I was surprised that I could both pay attention to the information being offered while finishing my manual tasks (something that doesn't always happen when I listen to audio books). I was also surprised when I learned that I'd listened to over seven chapters without realizing I'd gotten so far into the book (which probably makes the audio book version a better choice than the print one for procrastinators).
Information-wise, I thought the book largely reiterated some well known strategies particularly in dealing with procrastination (like breaking down tasks into manageable segments), although I did like the suggestion for finding a friend to keep yourself motivated and on task. Other strategies (like maintaining a clean work environment and rewarding yourself for accomplishing tasks) were also familiar but good to hear again from a motivating voice.
Overall a nice audio book to listen to if and when you feel you aren't as motivated or as efficient as you'd like to be and need someone to offer you some strategies to get out of your rut.
