Ever have a hunger pain hit so hard but when you smelled good food anticipating the payboff of a satisfied belly, you're quickly let down because the plate was not appetizing?
Unfortunately, this book is sort of like that. There's good advice but the narrator was a HUGE turn off. Felt like I was being lectured by AI or a condescending woman who is not a BIPOC merely reading without thoughtfulness or connection to the hearer. Sadly the delivery did not deliver.

My 1st time with Audible and I was excited to see there was a collection of ASMR sleep stories..or so I thought. The playback function for thus series DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE FIX.
